Sometimes after the purchase the subscription services in the background are not updated correctly. This is what you can do to solve this issue:


On iOS:

Please click on "Restore Purchases". This is located on the bottom of the Sidebar and in the Premium Dialog. This will load all your purchases and should solve the problem.


On Android:

The purchase is handeled by Google Play so it can be that the Google Play services in the background didn't get the update that you paid for Premium. Please try to restart your phone. This should update the Google Play services in the background and you should have access to all the Premium features.
