The subscription purchase is not handeled by us - it's handeled by Apple / Google directly. To cancel the subscription, you need to do it directly with your iOS or Android device.

Here's how it's done:

iOS:

• Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
• Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. 
• Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
• Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 
• Use the options to manage your subscription.

Android:

• On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
• Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
• Tap Menu Subscriptions.
• Select the subscription.
• Tap Manage Change subscription.
