The SmartWOD Timer Apple Watch app is a companion app which means that you can not use it as a standalone app - you need your iPhone to configure your workout first.


Please use the following steps to start a workout on your watch:

  1. Open SmartWOD Timer on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Select your timer (AMRAP / FOR TIME / EMOM / TABATA / MIX) and configure your workout as you would usually do.
  3. Then, click on "START TIMER"
  4. Now the right workout with the right configuration will appear on your Apple Watch ⌚️
  5. To start the workout, click "START" on the Apple Watch
